It has been a long time coming. You have to be the voice for your child…be loud and heard.

I do recommend if you are having difficulties with your district to call the state and they will educate you on your rights.

Our rights have been violated on many occasions, and didn’t know it because I wasn’t educated.

Educate and Advocate is the only way.

I do wanted to thank Allison Neal at New England Tutors, LLC for her continued support through this process.

Not only is she is an amazing person, she is an amazing business owner and a friend. I appreciate all you have done for us on this journey.

Allison Neal is the founder and owner of New England Tutors, LLC, an academic tutoring company which serves New Hampshire, Southern Maine and Massachusetts.

Allison received her B.S. from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire in Hotel Restaurant Administration.

Familiar with all aspects of the hospitality industry, Allison was the director of restaurants at an exclusive resort in Squaw Valley, CA, then became district manager at several national restaurant chains. At one time, she managed twelve properties with 23 managers under her. Later in her career, she was the sales manager in a large home improvement outlet.

In 2005 Allison opened her first small business, an early childhood education center in New Hampshire.

Following that experience, she created and developed the New Hampshire territory of an international educational franchise specializing in individual tutoring for elementary through post-graduate students.

Realizing the need for greatly expanded educational opportunities and challenges, Allison created New England Tutors, LLC.

New England Tutors, LLC promotes “success with every student” as they inspire, challenge, and advocate for students of all ages and all abilities. Always starting with a free and comprehensive assessment of the academic set of circumstances of the student, Allison and her team also explore the social, developmental, and, when appropriate, employment conditions that might have an effect on the learning process. Their rigorous preparation and individualized process guarantees a personal connection and relationship with each student individually.

Allison is the mother of Dartmouth College student Valen, and enjoys all the adventures that come with this new stage of life. Her belief that everyone should have equal access to healthy food, basic medical attention, and education motivated her to sit on the Board of Directors for Goodwin Community Health for over 10 years. Allison is currently a certified CASA (court-appointed special advocate) where she fearlessly advocates for families and children in the court system. She has donated her time in the past to participating as a board member for Seacoast Educational Endowment Dover (SEED), Dover Chamber of Commerce, Durham Business Association, and Newmarket Business Association. Allison is also a member of the National Tutoring Association.
